THE RECYCLEBANK IS HERE IN TABERNACLE

This is a reward program that operates on the principle of points earned and then redeemed for rewards at local and national businesses. An identification tag has been attached to your existing paper/cardboard recycling cart that has a unique number and will associate your cart to your address and will be used to track your recycling efforts and to award points which can then be redeemed for rewards.

Beginning on March 26, 2009 the trucks will read your identification tag, recognize your household has recycled and transmit that information to the Recycle Bank. You can go online to www.RecycleBank.com , log onto your personal account and redeem your RecycleBank Points for rewards. You can also call toll free at 1-888-727-2978.

Recycling pickup dates for paper, bottles and cans are every other Thursday. The recycling schedule can be obtained through this link.
