ATTENTION ALL DOG OWNERS
DOGS AGE 6 MONTHS OR OLDER REQUIRE A LICENSE

Dog licenses are renewed on January 1st of each year.  You may purchase your license either in person at Town Hall or by mail.  You must provide proof of rabies vaccination and proof of sterilization.  The rabies certificate must be valid through November 1st of the current year.  Should your pet be unable to receive a rabies vaccination due to a medical condition, you must have your veterinarian fill out a Certificate of Exemption and present it at the time of licensing.  If you choose to license by mail, include a self-stamped addressed envelope along with your check made payable to Tabernacle Township.  If you fail to include a self-stamped addressed envelope, you will be required to pick up all document(s) from Town Hall.

The license fees are as follows:  spayed/neutered $12.00 - non-spayed/neutered is $15.00.  Any renewal documents received after February 1st will be assessed a late fee of $2.00 each month for licenses purchased after January 31st.   Postmark dates will NOT be accepted and all documents will be returned.  Please read your renewals carefully.

The Township offers a free rabies clinic which is usually held on the second Saturday in January at the Public Works Garage and dog licenses may be purchased at Town Hall.  No dogs are permitted in Town Hall, except for Service Dogs.
